Carol Stevens joins Youthcast Media Group following an award-winning career in communications. She worked as a reporter and editor at USA Today, the Detroit News, the Baltimore Sun, the Buffalo Courier-Express and Washingtonian magazine. Her reporting on women’s health care at Washingtonian magazine and health care in minority communities at the Detroit News received national awards. At USA Today, Carol worked as Editorial Page Editor and Managing Editor of the News Section.

Carol also directed the Communications Division at the American Bar Association, producing speeches, web stories and social media posts.

Carol teaches writing to the Arlington County Schools' adult learning program.
