Crystal has significant experience working for major national nonprofit organizations. She specializes in organizational support and social media management. In previous roles, she assisted in managing schedules, coordinating events, and facilitating communications and media initiatives. She has also used her digital media skills to expand outreach and advocacy efforts.

 

Crystal has a lifelong passion for education, sustainability, health equity and criminal justice reform and is committed to doing and supporting work that makes a positive difference in the world.​ Her responsibilities at YMG include managing and measuring the YMG social media platforms, event coordination, supervising the Creators Club, supporting program delivery, development projects and operations.
